I dig webmin personally :)

The thing that I have configured for some customers is Plesk. I actually
know one of the guys that works for them and they have been very helpful.
The single domain version is free and since you're on one ip address with
vserver you might as well use it. The only tricky part is that for some
parts you need to register with plesk.com (also free)... so as long as its
a single domain / single ip address you can configure pretty much
everything.
