Nevermind.. I'm dumb.. I resolved this. I had neglected to change the default Kernal in lilo. It's fixed.

  Subject: [vserver] IPv4 Problem.

  Hi List,

I tried searching around to find an answer to this, however, I cannot seem to find anything that can point me in the right direction. I have setup the vserver packages with kernal-2.4.20ctxsmp-16. Everything was working great until yesterday in which case my machine encountered an unexpected power failure (not sure if his is even related, just didn't notice the problem until the machine was booted back up.)

Anyways, after reboot I attempted to restart my vservers and I continue to experience the following error:

  [root_at_wesley vserver]# vserver hyperion start
  Starting the virtual server hyperion
  Server hyperion is not running
Can't set the ipv4 root (Function not implemented)

The things I've tried is removing and reinstalling the vserver files and vserver-admin files. Checked the conf files for the vservers and even created a new vserver however, this new one also reports this error.

Anyone have any ideas? Let me know if I need to provide more information and I'll be more than happy to do so.

Thanks so much for your help!

  Beau Ray
