 I've added the fakeinit flag to a config for a vserver, which runs
qmail.... unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the apache web-daemon, sshd,
crontab and other programs are started.... (at leat running
/etc/init.d/httpd status doesn't give any feedback about the daemon is
 In the /etc/inittab all references to mingetty has been removed... I now
