So you are saying I should be able to use your patch for the 2.4.18-17.7 for
the standard Redhat 7.3 kernel 2.4.18-3?
So I should just modify the paths in your patch and run it against the
2.4.18-3 kernel?
What is the simple change I´m to make afterwards?
