affects vs1.00, vs1.20 and vs1.1.x releases ...
Jan Zuchhold discovered a bug in tcp_ipv4_addr_conflict()
which affects udp and tcp port binding (for ipv4) and
caused non working nfs mounts within vservers, and probably
other bad things we do not know of yet ...
this can be fixed with the following patches for vs1.00
and vs1.20 ... expect a bugfix release soon
