well, great, IIRC Charles "Chuck" Dale was working
on this, and the port I did, was a q&d hack ...
IIRC I left some comments on the missing pieces
and something in the mail, lets see ...

an update to 1.20 + fix should not be too hard,
maybe the one or the other issue can be fixed
too, if I know, what works and what not, it's
easier for me to fill in the missing pieces ...
