yes, you should cleanup all but the device nodes
created for a new vserver, unless you want vserver
root to mess with your devices ...

# ls /vservers/XXXX/dev/
full hdv1 null ptmx pts/ random tty urandom zero

this will probably change in the near future with
more advanced 1.9.x patches ...
