Hey All,
Just in case people are interested, I have built a set of Bind9 RPMS on a
FC1 system that includes the LDAP SDB backend that is described at
http://www.venaas.no/ldap/bind-sdb/.
The RPMs were built with '--without-linux-caps', so they work fine inside
a Linux VServer system without requiring CAP_SYS_RESOURCE to be set.
They are available at http://mirror.afoyi.com/fedora/1/RPMS.bindldap/ or
if you use apt:
rpm http://mirror.afoyi.com/fedora 1 bindldap
Hope someone files them useful!
