It seems that your glibc/kernel headers are broken. When I look
e.g. into the headers provided by Fedora Core (where I never heard
problems about), I do not see any #include in <linux/fs.h> nor in the
other headers listed above.
I suggest to file a bugreport for the component which provides the
headers in /usr/include/{linux,asm}.
