I seem to remember a thread on this but didn't have a need at that time.
Is anyone doing bandwidth shaping ( limiting ) on their Vservers from the
main server? Or is it even possible without special patches -- ie. is
Traffic Control ( tc ) a part of the kernel?
If anyone has ; would you share your setup or a portion of it?
