memory might be the issue here, after all it means less than 50MB
for each vserver, that might easily drag you into swapping which
very easily gets you into trashing ...

well, 90Mhz pentiums did run apache, mysql and php quite fine,
so I guess the cpu power is not that an issue, although you
might experience greater latencies than on a single system
