here goes the sixth Linux 2.6 development version
of Linux-VServer aka vs1.9.5 ...
it can be downloaded as all-in-one patch and broken
out devel patches (splits) agains 2.6.11.5 from the
following url:
http://www.13thfloor.at/vserver/d_rel26/v1.9.5/
(tools should work fine on Mandrake 10.1)

* fixed ipv6 hiding (ipv6 sequencer)
* fixed memory leak in error path
* fixed x25 double allocation (mainline)
* fixed xfs iunlink and barrier update
* fixed proc/mounts virtualization
* new claim/release allocation scheme
* updated procfs support
* separated legacy support (create info)
* added anon_rss accounting
* added ccap for binmntdata mounts (network)
* added total_forks accounting
* added lock accounting and limits
* added shared memory accounting/limits
* added vci config information
