it looks to me like this is true, and very likely
you have another isntance of mysqld running on
your host, binding to 0.0.0.0 (and thus stopping
any guest from binding their ports) or if you have
a more complex setup (with shared ips) then another
guest might have bound that ip/port already ...

this sounds more like a config issue, it might be
required to set a domain name for postfix to work
properly (depends on postfix/config/setup)
