When running

server v71 build --force -n v71 --hostname v71.ativel.com --context 71 --interface eth0:85.10.225.71/24 -m debootstrap -- -d sarge -m http://amd64.debian.net/debian-amd64/

I'm landing in unstable apt sources. I'm then manually
changing them to

deb ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-amd64/debian/ stable main
deb-src ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-amd64/debian/ stable main

deb http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main

deb http://apt.utsl.gen.nz/debian sarge all

deb http://amd64.debian.net/debian-amd64/ sarge main contrib

but I'm not sure whether the damage been done already.
Is there a simple way to land in stable amd64 land?
