Hm.. I just upgraded to 0.30.210, and added utsname:

cat /etc/vservers/<snip>/ccapabilities
mount
utsname

cat /proc/virtual/<xid>/status
UseCnt: 99
Tasks: 25
Flags: 00000000020a0211
BCaps: 00000000744c04ff
CCaps: 0000000000010101
Ticks: 0

still doesn't let me change the hostname.... I must be missing something.
