Um, Debian?

    aptitude install vserver-debiantools linux-image-vserver-k7

(Choose the cpu variant you have). Reboot to the new VServer enabled
kernel and run

newvserver --hostname foo --domain bar --ip 1.2.3.4/8 --context 2

the rest is boring

    vserver foo start
    vserver foo enter
