No, I checked this already...
$cat /etc/vservers/ftp/fstab
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /tmp tmpfs size=16m,mode=1777 0 0
none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
And as the bootup messages shows - the scripts try to mount proc
(andpts) but fail:
* /proc is already mounted, skipping
* Mounting devpts at /dev/pts ...
[ !! ]
* The "mount -n -t devpts -o gid=5,mode=0620,noexec,nosuid devpts
/dev/pts" command failed with error:
* permission denied
