[vserver] [Release] util-vserver 0.30.215

Hello everybody!

util-vserver 0.30.215 has been released. This fixes a lot of bugs, and
adds some nice features too. The highlights are:

- Enrico added support for using libnss instead of beecrypt.
- A tunctl program is included, with support in the configuration. This
should make it easier to run openvpn and such in guests.
- rpm-fake is (hopefully) race-free, as are the initpost scripts.
- Locking now works on NFS.
- vattribute/nattribute --get can be used to verify capabilities/flags.
- vmount can be used to perform mounts into guests.
