the bug was beetwen my chair and my computer ...
sorry

after a vserver started, when i use cpuset, each new process is automaticly added to /dev/cpuset/test/tasks

idem when i use cgroup except when i do "vserver test enter" and lauch a program (same for "vserver test exec a_cmd")
if i enter in the vserver with ssh root@test and i run something : all is ok

is it normal ?
