Hi,

for a 32-bit guest on a 64-bit I would add that you may want to set
the /etc/vservers/<guest name>/uts/machine file to something like i686
in order for compiling on that guest to go well.

The 2.6.26 kernel in Lenny is broken in the ways recorded here:
