Patch: patch-2.6.36-vs2.3.0.36.38

Hi!

I'm using linux-vserver patches since summer 2006, but I'm a new
subscriber to this list.

Coming from 2.6.36-vs2.3.0.36.36, I patched a vanilla 2.6.36-linux with
patch-2.6.36-vs2.3.0.36.38. The .config file is the same as before.
With this patch all of my vservers refuse to start, i.e.:

$ vserver dds start
vc_set_sched(): Function not implemented
An error occured while executing the vserver startup sequence; ...
Common causes are: ...
Failed to start vserver 'dds'

The 'vc_set_sched(): Function not implemented' message is all I can get,
there is nothing in messages, syslog, error.log. (How do I get more
verbosity?)
Due to the .config file is the same as before, I expect that a depency
changed from 2.6.36-vs2.3.0.36.36 to 2.6.36-vs2.3.0.36.38.

Yes, I searched the web for any hints, but not successfully.
Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe it concerns something here:
$ grep SCHED .config

CONFIG_HAVE_UNSTABLE_SCHED_CLOCK=y
CONFIG_CGROUP_SCHED=y
CONFIG_FAIR_GROUP_SCHED=y
# CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED is not set
# IO Schedulers
CONFIG_IOSCHED_NOOP=y
# CONFIG_IOSCHED_DEADLINE is not set
CONFIG_IOSCHED_CFQ=y
CONFIG_CFQ_GROUP_IOSCHED=y
CONFIG_DEFAULT_IOSCHED="cfq"
CONFIG_SCHED_OMIT_FRAME_POINTER=y
# CONFIG_SCHED_SMT is not set
# CONFIG_SCHED_MC is not set
CONFIG_SCHED_HRTICK=y
# CONFIG_NET_SCHED is not set
CONFIG_USB_EHCI_TT_NEWSCHED=y

grep -i CGROUP .config

CONFIG_CGROUPS=y
# CONFIG_CGROUP_DEBUG is not set
# CONFIG_CGROUP_NS is not set
CONFIG_CGROUP_FREEZER=y
CONFIG_CGROUP_DEVICE=y
CONFIG_CGROUP_CPUACCT=y
# CONFIG_CGROUP_MEM_RES_CTLR is not set
CONFIG_CGROUP_SCHED=y
CONFIG_BLK_CGROUP=y
# CONFIG_DEBUG_BLK_CGROUP is not set

Is this the right place for this report?
Thanks in advance.

Sebastian
