[vserver] grsec problem

Hi, Anyone using the grsec patch come across this:

[119277.904717] grsec: failed fork with errno EAGAIN by
/usr/sbin/cron[cron:4809] uid/euid:0/0 gid/egid:0/0, parent
/sbin/init[init:1] uid/euid:0/0 gid/egid:0/0

At boot all is well, but after "some time" I see processes within a
vserver start to suffer from this. I suspect some resource overstep
because restarting the vserver occurs many more such errors during it's
shutdown, but it's all fine after it restarts? I don't really see
anything in the log files apart from this repeated error, so no help there

Any thoughts on where to look?

I'm using kernel 2.6.36.2-grsec2.2.1-vs2.3.0.36.38.2 but with the
addition of the aufs patches

Thanks for any further thoughts?

Ed W
