OP: AFAIK there's nothing you can do to reliably kill these processes,
unless you manage to get them unstuck somehow. At the moment you can
issue sysrq-w (e.g. via echo w > /proc/sysrq-trigger) and collect the
output from dmesg for debugging (though proceed with caution, all bets
are off at this point).

Either reboot the host or start the vserver with a different xid
(/etc/vservers/<vs_name>/context IIRC).
