BTW, what issues did you see with 3.2.x? So far we noticed (on a
hand-rolled kernel):
 - insane load average on a mostly idle machine (roughly 1 loadavg point
for every vserver running; machine works fine though)
 - high system CPU usage (possibly, but not certainly, related to [1])
 - a single crash during vserver shutdown that looks tasklist_lock
related [2]

Are any of these known or have fixes available?
