Hi,

You might be getting bitten by
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=703010 . I've created
my own initscripts package which I install from my own Debian repo.

I'm not running a GUI inside my vservers, so the above bug may not be
related...

For the missing build script you need to install the util-vserver-build
package.
