Hi

when I fire up a vserver

>vserver nxn start

everything seems to be ok. But

>vserver nxn enter
>nxn:/ # ps ax
  PID TTY STAT TIME COMMAND
    1 ? S 0:06 init [5]
 3926 pts/1 S 0:00 /bin/bash -login
 3942 pts/1 R 0:00 ps ax

shows that no services have been launched.
I cant find a hint because there is no syslog
active on the vserver and i cant "watch" the
 boot process.

 Even more confusing for me:

>vserver nxn service syslog start
Can't execute /sbin/service (No such file or directory)

This is on a SuSE 7.0
Does anybody know why the services like syslog etc
do not start and how i can make them start.
Or if there is some kind of a logfile that i missed?

Thanks for your help.

Christian
