Hello All

I uploaded new snapshot to www.ttn.ru/~shadow/snapshots/.
Changes
1) rework network control.
2) added limit to open file handles (vserver_limit -f )
3) added per user/group disk quotas inside VPS. need specialy patched quota
tools. spec file and patch for make quota-tools rpm also upload.
_important_ Need specifity virtual server root dir via vserver_limit ... -v
3) fix dumy bug in fake statfs.
4) fix vserver capablies on stop vserver.
5) fix use set_hostname/set_domainname inside VPS.

2Herbert:if you have i can port my patch to base linux kernel, but i can't
support it.
