I would be glad to see a 2.4.21 (rc2 or whatever is up to date)
patchset (read several patches for each issue addressed, e.g
network stuff, quota stuff, statfs, scheduler, ...).
I am willing to maintain and update these patches, if you
provide differential patches for your upcoming changes/fixes/
improvements ...

PS: your per vserver group/user quota solution utilizes several
quota files? (for each vserver one or two)
