I tried to gather some information about your crashing
system from the vserver mailing list, but I wasn't able
to find any relevant information. I definitely need to
know more about your system, besides the fact that it
is crashing ;), if you already gave this information,
please point me to it ...

the 'scheduler bug' is fixed, so this shouln't be your
problem ...

there are some linux-2.4.2x related issues, which are
not fixed right now (like the highmem bounce buffer
issues) which could easily bring your system down if
your system fits the profile ...

there are always ctx-?? patches for newer/prerelease
kernels on my pages, you could try one of those ...
or switch to the vserver releases from Alex Lyashkov.
