what about it?

it means, 'the requested ip (insert portmap ip here)
can not be assigned to an interface or socket'

what are you trying to do, what is your exact config,
which kernel do you test, what do you expect?

using 127.X.0.1 with X!=0 seems somewhat strange,
what is the idea behind this? 'normal' vservers do
not use lo device, because this is a security hole
per definition ...
