hmm, that sounds strange, but if you have a separate
partition for each vserver, you can save the quota
patch and just use the vroot ...

similar to any loop setup ...

I'd suggest using the real block device here like
cqhadd -v -x 1000 /dev/evms/vserver_root
(or should it be /dev/evms/vserver_test like above?)
