It is perfectly safe to install both. The tools in vserver-debiantools
actually use util-vserver (it depend on it as well).

It is mostly there for backward compatibility and for my own convenience
as I like the simple syntax that the old tool used.

Backports of util-vserver and vserver-debiantools can be found
on debian.opalsys.net or debian.opal.dhs.org. I upload them there when I
test it in a sarge machine.
