You'll need util-vserver from trunk, Hollow's nx or Bertl's vcmd[0] to
do that, the latter two being described in the elsewhere linked thread.
With util-vserver from trunk, you'd do something like:
naddress --add --nid <nid of guest, should be the same as the xid if you
have a static one> --ip <address>/<mask or prefix> [--ip <address>...]
