I wont give a bet on this - source routing is a very special feature
seldomly found in a standard setup and most distros still stick to the
"old" ip tools in their start scripts.

I am running Gentoo and guest its one of the most "bleeding edge"
distros out there and even they dont support such stuff in the mainline.

If you can not work it out, I can post you some more details, but I
guess you would have to write some init stuff on your own.
