This would require some modifications of MediaWiki, which I'm not able
to do.

Beside, this would additionally extend time required to generate the
page, depending on connectivity between the host the wiki is running on,
and two other hosts, and unnecessarily load them:

(as you can see, most of the time is spent communicating with the
servers, and this is dump from 3rd running, when some data was already
cached, the first run considerably longer)

This approach would cause the contents to be build every time page is
loaded, while it's required only when new patches arrive.
