I followed http://linux-vserver.org/Memory_Limits
and http://linux-vserver.org/util-vserver:Cgroups
and there is not a single word about any "bcapabilities".
So how should I know about it?

But OK, I just created that file, but it is still all
the same. No limits are applied for vserver-guest...
